COURSE DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVES

During this 1 day seminar based course, students will learn the proper application of equipment, techniques, and materials for constructing a permeable paving system.

Course objectives include:

• Intro to permeable paving.

• Equipment and materials.

• Base screeding.

• Edge Restraints.

• Mechanical installation of pavers.

• Proper application of equipment.

• Techniques and materials.

• Marking and cutting pavers.

• Sweeping and compacting.


Materials used in this course are: permeable interlocking concrete pavers.
