Construction rarely goes as planned. The construction industry spends $50 billion per year on changes in construction. An estimated one-third of all change orders can be avoided. Given these factual underpinnings, it is necessary for contractors, engineers and architects to understand how to effectively manage changes to contracted work. This session is designed to educate attendees on how to manage the change order process efficiently.
