Teamwork and productivity improve when the manager clearly understands the communication and work habits of others. In this session, you will learn about the different types of personality traits and tendencies associated with each type. Attendees will take a simple profile test to understand how they are likely to be perceived by others. Based on perceived personality, strategies will be provided that can greatly enhance productivity and communication with others.
