This course will clarify the differnence between conventiaon and un converntional means of fall proteciton> We will discuss the importance o the 4 main ttypes of conventional fall proteciton and when and where they should or could be used. We will also spend a couple hours on Personal fall arrest with live demonstartions and hands on activities. We will also intro duce the need for the Competent Person and define their role and responsibility, as well as the need for a written program and a written rescue program and training.
