Attendees will be introduced to safety by looking at photos taken over tons of jobsite. We will examine the photos and break down what's wrong and why it's wrong. Discussions on accidents, fatalities with the understanding that accidents can be prevented and why safety is so important.

1. Develop a plan for safety on the jobsite
2. Visually recognize safety hazards
3. Define standards to reduce the number of occupational safety hazards
4. Carry out and effective plan to lower accidents and fatalities
