The Design-Build Institute of America predicts that by 2010, the amount of "Non-Residential Design and Construction in the United States" being built by the Design-Build method of delivery will equal the volume of "Traditional" Design-Bid-Build projects. This seminar will provide an overview of the Design-Build process and other integrated project delivery methods as well as describe the qualifications contractors should possess to participate in the Design-Build environment.
